How long is a session?

Each session lasts a minimum of 60 minutes. Here’s why:

During the first 10–15 minutes, your body gradually adjusts to the heat, allowing your circulation to increase and your muscles to begin relaxing.


Between 20–40 minutes, the body enters its optimal state for detoxification, increased blood flow, cardiovascular stimulation, and deep muscular release.
